This event is a pre-conference workshop hosted by the Association of Change Management Professionals.
Without the sufficient support of leaders, change fizzles out. The trouble is, leaders often don’t properly support change even when they agree that it should happen. In this workshop, you will learn how to work with leaders so you can get the support you need to successfully implement change, without having authority yourself.
By participating in this workshop, you will:
- Identify whose support you really need, and who you ignore at your own risk
- Tell which of five levels of support you have, and which you need
- Clarify the crucial roles leaders play during change, and how to influence them to perform them
- Identify practical next steps to gain the support you need to successfully implement change.
The workshop is scheduled from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Pacific Time. You do not have to register for the full conference to attend this workshop.
