Does your job involve getting other people to change the way they work – their processes, behaviors, priorities, attitudes, and ultimately, their results?
If so, attend this in-depth 3-day Fundamentals of Change Management course to equip yourself with the tools and skills to facilitate the adoption of change in your organization.
The methodology taught in this course was developed for people working within organizations who are responsible for implementing change without having much authority. While these change practitioners go by many titles, they have one thing in common: in order to achieve the desired results, other people in the organization will need to change the way they work.
You will benefit from attending this workshop if:

Uncover and Reduce Resistance
|Day 2||Establish Roles and Relationships

|Day 3||Pinpoint Communication
Apply Your Personal Influence

Influence Change at Work™ Toolkit (Workbook)
99 Ways to Influence Change (Paperback)
35+ Electronic templates
A sound change methodology and a toolkit full of practical templates give you a solid foundation as a change practitioner. Yet, designing change alone will not achieve results. Your ability to implement change relies on effectively using your influence. In this Fundamentals workshop, we take traditional change management one step further by building your influence skills throughout the methodology. After three days, you’ll leave not only with a set of tools that will help you design your change initiative, but with practical steps you can personally take to influence change at work.

Last year, our organization arranged for Enclaria to share the Fundamentals of Change Management to various levels of our leadership. The training introduced the Influence Change at Work Toolkit and its templates, both of which were immediately put to use by members of the group. Since that time, we have discovered many ways to take advantage of this training and tools.
We recently have begun to use one specific tool, the plan for resistance chart, to assist us in our strategic plan deployment. This chart has been extremely useful in analyzing, and preparing for, resistance to the changes in our organization.
Thank you for providing us with such great learning!
Samantha Einarson, Lean Administrator at Pierce Transit
Thanks so much for offering this training. I enjoyed it very much. So looking forward to rocking the boat a bit with a good approach now! 😊

This training is EXCEPTIONAL and designed for mid-level managers who want change within their organizations. I was thrilled to find a training that was geared toward people that can influence change, but are not “the boss”. This not only met my needs for my HR recertification, but also gave me renewed interest in how I can help our organization.
