This course was an excellent blend of theory and practice. Heather’s ability to present the material in a clear way with simple and impactful frameworks enables the participant to really learn as they go along. This is the perfect course for someone who wants to learn about change management by applying their work directly to the concepts in the class. A great experience!

I completed the on-line version of the The Enclaria Fundamentals of Influencing Change at Work over 5 weeks in March – April 2019. It is a very good and comprehensive course on change management and introduced some new concepts and ideas into my change management repertoire. The course is well structured, really brings the Change Toolkit to life and helps in its practical application. The action learning approach of having a change project to work through over the was particularly beneficial. I found great benefit in attending the course sessions live despite the challenging time difference (3am – 5am in Australia – thank goodness for flexible working and the ability to start late the following day!). I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to discuss issues with fellow professionals from around the world. When I was unable to attend the live sessions, the recordings still allowed for learning and reflection. Thank you Heather for an excellent and well-facilitated course.

This has been the best instructor-led online class that I have attended (including internal and external). Heather has done an amazing job bridging the distance of online learning with the high level of interactivity. Each 2-hour class literally flies by with a good balance of lecture, group discussion and white-boarding, walk through of templated examples and completing your own templates for your project then sharing with peers. Really got deep into the topics and learnings. Well-done!

As a consultant I have had the privilege to work with a variety of clients from different industries. Honestly, the variation in outcomes remained unaccounted. For a 6 sigma practitioner it was a thorn — till I completed my workshop with Heather.

Change and managing it, is considered “soft”. But Heather has distilled it into a set of framework, (oozing in practicality) when followed will make you a change super-agent.

The thorn is out. This decade will be delivery with low and known variations in outcomes.

Very well structured course that teaches you how to really dissect and understand a change initiative. The tools and templates are excellent, and guide you along the change process in a simple yet thorough manner. Fundamentals of Influencing Change was an outstanding course that instantly provided tools to assist in leading change in my organization. Through the online, yet intimate course platform I learned so much from the presentations and conversations with my global classmates.

I signed up for the course knowing I needed guidance to lead my division through a governmental reorganization; and I am grateful I did!
