					<description><![CDATA[Im never sure it helps to classify groups as change averse. Within a group of people there will be different perspectives and different life stages to work with. Certainly there are cultural containers that influence how you go about change or make certain changes tougher (trying to change tenure at a university for example). 
So the usual approach of identifying motives and driverâ€™s, fears and worries then engaging at individual level is still the same.]]></description>
