Many changes are designed to instill some consistency into a process so the problem with people figuring things out is they invent a way of doing things that you could not have predicted and then you have a battle to change their approach again.
I dont see why any manager wouldnâ€™t care enough about their team to show them support and give a little help to make change go easier.]]></description>
