Can actually be quite challenging as a passive aggressive individual can be difficult to pin down.  I especially like your point around assuming push back is coming from a benign intent - at least they care enough to do something.  The hardest situations to resolve are often the true &quot;passive&quot; aggressive&#039;s that just don&#039;t care.  Either they have checked out or assume that the change will go away &quot;like it has in previous failed attempts&quot;.
