It is frustrating to cope with resistance when pushing for change...but listing your &#039;requirements&#039; makes it clear how utopic this sounds! The only one item I would add: selfless, 100% dedicated individuals who focus on a greater good rather than personal interests (guess could be under no power plays and posturing).]]></description>

Trust had not only eroded but was replaced by angry acts of aggression, mismanagement and corruption.  I know this isn&#039;t what you asked for but would like your take on implementing change under those conditions and I&#039;m not talking about the U.S, government but a specific organization.]]></description>
