					<description><![CDATA[great blog and so true. Time and again I have seen managers get uptight that people ask questions about their proposed change instead of just saying &#039;yes&#039;. Questions are great! They aren&#039;t resistance, they are people that are trying to understand in their own way because the manager explained in their way. 
So it&#039;s not always even real resistance , it&#039;s clarification, alignment of beliefs, and more often than not its looking for a clearer answer to the question &#039;what does this mean for me?&#039; than the manager gave in their presentation of the change.
I encourage managers to embrace the questioning because at that point people are engaged. Then at least, as you say, there is a chance to collaborate together on the way forward.]]></description>
