					<description><![CDATA[Good message. Courage is certainly required to walk into the lion&#039;s den of change. Not for the feint of heart. I absolutely think you are obligated as a change agent to address the uncomfortable.

The one learning I would add from my experience is that you have to be careful about not becoming Atlas and putting the whole burden on your own shoulders. The challenge with taking on the attitude of &quot;If I don&#039;t do this, who will&quot; is that can easily be misinterpreted by others as &quot;Joe will take care of it so I don&#039;t have to.&quot;

When trying to push uncomfortable change, engagement is key and it is so easy for people who are busy and stressed to just pay lip service and let you take care of it. You may need to carry the banner but if no one follows you it will be an ugly battle.  I see this all the time because building trust and engagement take time and we get impatient.
