					<description><![CDATA[One thing that I have learnt about projects is that the change management to be applied seems to be dependent on where he decision emanated from. Let me elaborate. A decision coming from a layer of management where there is emotional detachment to the outcome of the decision will require more change management tools/techniques/tricks. This &quot;distanciation&quot; is something that I feel needs more review and focus in research on change management and the degree of change management to be applied.
