Before selling and implementing a Change Program, involve the manager and seek his contributions for his buy-in. Let him understand that the program is his and you are only a tool to be used. X-Ray to him the personal benefits he stands to gain and what benefits will acrue to his employees. Let this be front burner rather than x-raying the benefits to the business as front burner reason. Less percentage of people care about the bussiness success than there personal success.

Do ''What If Analysis" on the Implementation of Change Program with the employees and take input from them for effective implementation. A change program is more and willingly accepted if people can spot personnal benefits in it.
