					<description><![CDATA[I do not think threats should ever be considered.  Yes indeed, it will get your change.  BUT... Getting a change because of compliance instead of committment does great long term damage.  Engagment will errode further.

Forcing compliance also calls into question the reason for change.  If the problem is not agreed on or the fix is for a symptom and not root cause, maybe a boss really is wasting everyone&#039;s time forcing people to comply.]]></description>
