					<description><![CDATA[I like this one as it&#039;s one of my favorite tactics. Organisations launch change with a fanfare and say &#039;the world is going to be different&#039;. The next day nothing is, then the next day and the day after and so on. Leaders then cry &#039;but it takes time!&#039;. By which time the belief had gone as the fanfare has been forgotten. 
Changing the environment is a great way of re-enforcing a change, keeping everyone engaged and also encouraging people to participate. It means you meant it!]]></description>
