Nice to know some steps and be clear about who leader and follower is/are, but something falls apart if you&#039;re determined to dance salsa and are tone deaf to the fact music is R&#038;B or whatever.  You need a plan and a process for change, but need to treat it all as a chuck-able hypothesis I think.  Winners will be those that don&#039;t get so attached, they can&#039;t hear that music (i.e. context) has shifted beneath them.]]></description>
