In reply to Janis Goodman. Hi Janis, Thanks for your question. Today, I'd add Coach to the list, especially with the surge in Agile approaches. Despite its buzzword status, Change Agent is still frequently used for "Change Agent Networks." Also Facilitators, Advocates, and Partners. In the marketing world, you hear about Evangelists quite a bit. I think it really depends on what your organization will tolerate and hopefully celebrate. I'd love to hear what you decide!

I’m so interested in this – as my current client and I as the OCM Lead are seeking a name other than “Change Agent”, or “Champion”. What are the new and different ways of titling a group of influencers and leads?

When one of my friends was looking over my web site, he told me he didn’t know I was a “Changemeister.”

I am actually fine with “change agent.”
