Reminds me of useful framework I saw first doing a facilitation training at the Interaction Institute for Social Change –

They call it the “strategic moment” and advocate for following the sequence of asking:
1. Where are we? (your “why” — let’s remind ourselves of where we are and don’t want to stay)
2. Where do we want to go? (vision/strategy)
3. How do we get there? (the “how”)
