		<description>An interesting insight &amp; set of ideas. I&#039;ve never thought that thinking strategically &amp; having a vision precluded the short term. The need is to ensure that short term actions are sustainable in the long and short term i.e that decisions made aren&#039;t just to chase the $. 
I would suggest that how you go about the short term should re-enforce the culture you are trying to create &amp; continue to build a longer term.</description>
